Janelle began flying in 2018 out of KBZN (Bozeman International Airport) and while working full time in Marketing and Sales she obtained her Commercial Single and Multi Engine Licenses, Instrument Rating and CFI, CFII at Summit Aviation, part 141 school. She then moved to Great Falls and taught out of KGTF for 3 years at Cloud Catcher Aviation, part 61 school. She moved back to the Gallatin Valley in 2023 and began her own business Skyhound Aviation offering flight instruction. She expanded her operation in 2025 hiring two new instructors and opening a second location in Choteau, MT ( KCII)!

Rental Rate Wet 9S5 - $195/hr

1977 C172N Skyhawk II, equipped with Garmin 430, Garmin 355, GTX Transponder 345.

1977 C172K XP w/ 210 HP conversion, equipped with Garmin 650, GTX Transponder 345.

Both planes are IFR equipped and current. Includes insurance, maintenance and fuel. Clean, low hour, well maintained aircraft kept in a heated hangar.. We also offer a dry rental rate of $150/hr you refill the plane after you fly to save some $$$ for our time builders!

Private Pilot Instruction. Flight Review- $85/hr

CFII with experience at KBZN and surrounding airport flying actual and simulated IFR. Use of a G100 Redbird simulator (TD2).
